Summary:

This position is responsible for installing mirrors, shower doors, door knobs, shelving, and bathroom hardware at single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials.
  • Check that all items are installed and leveled.
  • Check that all items are working correctly; shower door, door knobs, shelving, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position; typical hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30+, Saturdays as needed. Some travel required.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior handyman, install experience preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred. Drivers must meet company driving insurance standards. (A Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment.)
  • Must have transportation to and from the office.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing and able to work independently and/or with a crew.
  • Must be proficient in using hand tools and power tools, including tape measure, laser level, and drill.

This Job Requires:

  • Leveling and measuring materials to make sure install is done correctly.
  • Working in non-temperature-controlled environments.
  • Lifting items weighing 50 or more lbs.
  • Using and reading a tape measure and adding/subtracting numbers.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and turning the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees with materials in hand.
  • May require occasional vehicle operation and driving to and from job sites using company truck.

Summary:

This position is responsible for installing fiberglass batt and loose fill fiberglass at single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials.
  • Check for areas that may need blocking or filled.
  • Check density in wall areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position; typical hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30+, Saturdays as needed. Some travel required.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior fiberglass batt installation experience and loose blown fiberglass experience preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred. Drivers must meet company driving insurance standards. (A Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment.)
  • Must have transportation to and from the office.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing and able to work independently and/or with a crew.
  • Must be proficient in using hand tools and power tools, including tape measure, laser level, and drill.

This Job Requires:

  • Erecting ladders and scaffolds and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolds.
  • Moving a hose up to 300 feet long.
  • Crawling in attics frequently throughout the day.
  • Working in non-temperature-controlled environments.
  • Working in tight and confined places like attics and crawlspaces.
  • Lifting items weighing 50 or more lbs.
  • Using and reading a tape measure and adding/subtracting numbers.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and turning the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees with spray hose in hand.
  • May require occasional vehicle operation and driving to and from job sites using company truck.

Summary:

This position is responsible for installing garage doors in single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Load and log materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials.
  • Install keypads and extras involved with garage door installation.
  • Check that garage door is operating correctly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position; typical hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30+, Saturdays as needed. Some travel required.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior garage door installation experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred. Drivers must meet company driving insurance standards. (A Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment.)
  • Must have transportation to and from the office.
